The Edge

Charles P. Rogers: A study in comfort

I find it hard to believe other New Yorker's aren't wishing they could ignore the incessant beeping of their alarm clocks this week, and curl up in their beds blissfully ignorant of the snow, wind, and rain conspiring to make the daily commute that much more pleasant. This 19th century French Marseille trundle bed with hand-forged iron scroll work, and decorative castings from Charles P. Rogers, reinforces the idea that the city really should hibernate for the week, while resting in style of course. The bed uses standard twin mattresses, with the trundle sliding out for use when needed. Considering the size of most of our apartments, this option offers one huge plus when having guests. Stock finishes are antique white or black with silver highlights.
