Floor & Décor is a tile, stone, and plumbing design studio located in Tenafly, NJ. The owners and designers, Anna Marie and John Fanelli specialize in new construction management and bathroom renovation projects from concept to construction. They have the expertise and resources to specify all your tile, stone, plumbing and lighting needs. Their philosophy is to create a “tile-by-design” plan for all of their clients that incorporates a fashion forward approach reflecting lifestyle, function and materials for any budget. Achieving world-class elegance can be created indoors or outdoors by utilizing the right mix of materials to reflect their clients' personal style by being uniquely creative. 

Currently, both are available to work with clients in other showrooms as designers for a design fee.
